United Kingdom

• Working in UK for 5 years
• Apply in UK before the temporary visa expired
• For applicants aged between 18 to 65, they need ESOL level 3 and pass in short English test

Canada
With valid work permit (12 months or more), you can score additional points for skill migration:

• Arranged employment: +10 -15 points
• Worked for more than 1 year in Canada: +5 points

United States
You can apply immigration through employment and adjust to permanent resident status after your visa number becomes available.
